Collection at the Roma store – FREE
It is possible to pick up your order in the store. You will receive a message when the order is ready.
Delivery – FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 100 EUR
The estimated delivery time will be between 3-4 working days. We deliver in The Netherlands and international.
Returns
You have 14 days from the deliver date of your order to return your purchase. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the value of the refunded product(s) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please reach out through if you want a refund on your order, so we can create a refund case for you.

Return by post – AT OWN EXPENSE

You can return your order by post at own expense. Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 14 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.
